What is Operation: SNUGs(c)
Our new Washington State Elks Association program has rolled out in 2019 for WA State National Guard Military children, whose parent is going to or has already deployed.
Supportive Nations Uplifting Gifts(c) (S.N.U.G.s(c)) come with a thank you card, Support Our Troops magnetic ribbon, and a coloring SNUGs page. It also comes with information on upcoming military youth events, contact information of those you can reach out to for assistance if something comes up during the deployment, and a 'Keepsake Pouch'. Because your littles matter during deployment
The treasured purpose of the Keepsake Pouch is for it to hold a picture of SNUGS, the Service Member and their child with an added note or letter written by the soldier, to the child. Other keepsakes can be added, as well.
